Bar: Dark Milk + Burned Sugar

Origin: Papua New Guinea

Taste:  sweet, cream, smoke, leather, tobacco

Notes: the smokiness of the PNG beans is tamed in this bar

 

Bar: Dark Milk of Tanzania

Origin: Tanzania

Percent: 65%

​​Aroma: berry, caramel, cream

Taste:  caramel, cream, coffee, raisin

Tasting Date : 5/17/16

Notes: strong flavor from the Icelandic milk powder

 

Bar: Lakkris + Sea Salt (white chocolate with licorice and sea salt)

Origin: Iceland, unkown cacao butter origin

Percent: 38% cacao butter

Taste:  creamy butter, licorice, salt

Notes: Very strong licorice flavor, I would like to try this as a milk chocolate.

Notes: a little heavy on the smokey notes, beautiful packaging
