Origin: Ecuador

Percent: 60% cacao content with dried cranberries

​​Aroma: sweet hot cocoa with spices and dried fruit

Taste:  dried cranberries

Tasting Date : 3/13/14

Notes: The cranberries mask the chocolate, which makes it hard to taste the quality of the chocolate, but it is an enjoyable inclusion bar.

Taste:  banana, licorice, tangerine

Notes:  The "jelly" flavor comes last and is subtle, but great because it comes naturally from the berry flavors in the cacao. This is a great inclusion bar!
