Sacred Summit

Bar: Belize

Origin: Toledo, Belize

Percent: 75%

Aroma: molasses, licorice, dried fruit

Taste: spiced dried plum, licorice, maple

Rating: 7.5

Tasting Date : 6/12/17

Notes: Sweetened with maple sugar, subtle maple flavor. Very tangy fruit notes, a little overpowering to my palate, but interesting flavor combination. Long lingering flavor.

Taste: thin mint cookies, berry
